12. Approval of, and Authorization for the Clerk-Recorder, Registrar of Voters to Sign, Secretary of State's Grant Funds Standard Agreement for Voting System Replacement State Grant Funds.

15. Approval of, and Authorization for the Purchasing Agent to Sign, the First Amendment to the Hosted Software Subscription Agreement for Clinical Documentation Improvements with Huron Consulting Services LLC, Extending the Agreement Term and Adding Additional Software, Effective March 12, 2019.

16. Ratification of the Submission of a Grant Application on Behalf of the Workforce Development Board of Ventura County for Prison to Employment Implementation Direct Services Grant and Supportive Services Earn and Learn Grant in the Amount of $3,988,495.

Approval of, and Authorization for the Purchasing Agent to Sign, the Contract for Information Technology Consulting Services with Gartner, Inc. , Effective March 12, 2019 through March 11, 2024; Authorization for the Purchasing Agent to Issue a Purchase Order to Gartner, Inc., for Information Technology Consulting Services in an Amount Up to $275,700; and Authorization for the Purchasing Agent to Increase the Purchase Order Amount by Up to 10% for Necessary Unforeseen Increased Service Levels and Additional Services Including Short-Term Consulting Work.
