23. Receive and File the Annual Year-End Expenditure and Data Report of Juvenile Justice Crime Prevention Act and Youth Offender Block Grant for Fiscal Year 2019-20.

24. Adoption of a Resolution to Complete the Negotiated/Agreed Upon Addition of the Day After Thanksgiving to the List of Holidays on Which County Offices Will Be Closed.

Public Hearing Regarding Adoption of an Ordinance to Place the Classification of “Deputy Director Area Agency on Aging” in the Unclassified Serviced; and Adoption of a Resolution to: Establish One (1) Classification and Salary Range (“Deputy Director Area Agency on Aging”) and Delete Three Classifications and Assigned Salary Ranges (“Deputy Director Probation,” “Chief Deputy Director H.S.A.” and “Ambulatory Care/Population Health Administrator”); Adoption of an Amended Ventura County Management, Confidential Clerical, and Other Unrepresented Employees Resolution to Incorporate the Recommended Classification Establishment and Deletions.
26. Authorization for the County Executive Officer to Advocate to the California State Legislature for Legislation Clarifying that the County's Flexible Benefit Allowance May Continue to Be Included as Pensionable Compensation for the Purposes of Retirement Benefit Calculations for Legacy Members.
