Board Comments - Comments by Board members on matters they deem appropriate including memorial adjournments. Adoption of Conflict of Interest Codes for 118 Local Agencies; and Receive and File 2018 Biennial Notices.
Approval of the Contribution for Capital Improvements at Casa Pacifica Centers for Children and Families' (Casa Pacifica) Ventura County Facilities to Casa Pacifica Pursuant to a 2014 Grant Agreement in the Amount of $600,000; and Authorization for the Auditor-Controller to Process the Necessary Budgetary Transactions.

Approval of, and Authorization for the Ventura County Behavioral Health Director to Sign, the Fourth Amendment to the Agreement for Medical Personnel Staffing and Recruiting Services with Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc., Revising the Rate Schedule and Increasing the Agreement Maximum from $1,346,765 to $1,746,765, Effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.
Approval of, and Authorization for the Ventura County Behavioral Health (VCBH) Director to Sign, a Standard Agreement for Federal Crisis Counseling Assistance and Training Program Services with the State of California Department of Health Services, Effective January 15, 2018 through April 30, 2019; and Approval of, and Authorization for the VCBH Director to Sign, Future Amendments to the Agreement.
Approval of, and Authorization for the Ventura County Behavioral Health (VCBH) Director to Sign, the Agreement for Interpreting and Translating Services with All Languages Interpreting & Translating, Inc. in the Amount of $670,000, Effective January 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020; and Authorization for the VCBH Director to Extend the Term of the Agreement, Up to Two Times for a Period of No More than One Year per Extension.

Approval of, and Authorization for the Health Care Agency Director to Sign, the Agreement to Implement a Ronald McDonald Family Room in the Vacated Portion of the Ventura County Medical Center with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California, Effective November 1, 2018.
Approval of Waiver of County Administrative Manual Policy Prohibiting the Inclusion of Attorney’s Fees and Interest Provisions in County Contracts, with Respect to the Terms and Conditions of Sale for Quote Q-00609570 with Olympus America Inc. for Gastroscopes and Colonoscopes for the Ventura County Medical Center Gastrointestinal Unit.
