Since these documents are public records and subject to disclosure, an unredacted version is made available when records are requested by a Public Records Act Request. Public Comments – Public comment is the opportunity for members of the public to participate in meetings by addressing the Board of Supervisors in connection with one or more agenda or non-agenda items on subjects that are within subject matter jurisdiction of the County or its dependent special districts. Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the County of Ventura to Apply for and to Accept Fiscal Year 2020-21 State Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program Funding as the Administrative Entity for the Ventura County Continuum of Care in an Amount Not to Exceed $357,756, and Authorization for the County Executive Officer (CEO) to Sign a Standard Agreement and Other Documents Required for Implementation and Administration of the ESG Program with the State Department of Housing and Community Development; and Authorization for the CEO to Adjust the Funding Recommendations as Necessary for Final Grant Award.

Recommendation of Supervisor Huber to Reappoint Jesse Finkbeiner to the Ventura County Behavioral Health Advisory Board for a Term Ending October 13, 2024.

Approval of the Redirection of the County’s Share of $2,331,446.28 in Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention Round 3 (HHAP-3) Program Funding to the Ventura County Continuum of Care (VCCoC); Approval of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the VCCoC Outlining the County’s Commitment to Collaborate in Jointly Administering HHAP Funds; Authorization for the County Executive Office as the Administrative Entity to Apply by June 30, 2022, for a Maximum Amount of $4,829,424.43 in Combined HHAP-3 Program Funding; Encourage Affected County Agencies to Prioritize Participation in the VCCoC’s Development of an Updated Regional Homelessness Plan; and Authorization for the Auditor-Controller to Process the Necessary Budgetary Transactions.
