AREA AGENCY ON AGING
12. Authorization for the Auditor-Controller to Process Necessary Budgetary Transactions in Support of the Area Agency on Aging’s Meal Delivery Services Programs in Response to the COVID-19 Emergency.

14. Authorization for the Auditor-Controller to Process the Necessary Budgetary Transactions for Building Modifications at 3760 Calle Tecate in Camarillo in the Amount of $2,000,000.
15. Approval of, and Authorization for the County Executive Officer to Sign, a Second Memorandum of Understanding to Purchase Additional Food and Provide Additional Staffing to Meet the Expanded Need During the COVID-19 Pandemic with F.O.O.D. Share, Inc. in the Amount of $1,140,000 for Four Months; All Supervisorial Districts.
FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
16. Authorization for the Ventura County Fire Protection District to Donate a 1996 KME Renegade Type 1 Pumper with a 1500 GPM Pump to the Oxnard College Fire Technology Program for Training Current and Future Firefighters.
HARBOR DEPARTMENT
17. Approval of, and Authorization for the Harbor Department Director to Execute, a Third Amendment to License Agreement for Operation of a Second Farmers’ Market at the Channel Islands Harbor on Wednesdays with Raw Inspiration, Inc.; and Authorization for the Harbor Department Director to Make Corrections, Clarifications, and Technical Modifications to the Third Amendment.
HEALTH CARE AGENCY
18. Approval of the Appointments of Amy Towner, Espy Gonzalez, Susan White Wood and David Tovar to the County of Ventura Community Health Center (CHC) Board as New Regular, Consumer Members; and Approval of the Reappointments of Rena Sepulveda as an Alternate Member and Manuel Minjares as a Regular Consumer Member to the CHC Board.
19. Approval of, and Authorization for the Purchasing Agent to Execute, a Sales Order to Provide a System for Promoting Interoperability (Formerly Meaningful Use) Submission, Lighthouse Upgrade and Certified Electronic Health Record Technology Upgrade as Required Under the CURES Act with Cerner Corporation in a Total Amount of $462,000, Effective September 15, 2020 through September 30, 2022.
HEALTH CARE AGENCY - Public Health
20. Authorization for the Public Health Director to Accept Supplemental Allocation Funding for COVID-19 Crisis Response from the California Department of Public Health – Emergency Preparedness Office in the Amount of $273,206 and $154,702; and Authorization for the Auditor-Controller to Process the Necessary Budgetary Transactions.
HEALTH CARE AGENCY - Ventura County Medical Center
21. Approval of, and Authorization for the Health Care Agency (HCA) Director to Sign, a Contract for Security Services at the Health Care Agency One Stop/Care Pods Events with Black Knight Patrol, Inc., Effective September 15, 2020 through June 30, 2021; and Authorization for the HCA Director to Extend the Term of the Contract for Up to Two Additional Fiscal Years Thereafter, in a Maximum Amount of $25,000 per Contract Year.

22. Recommendation of the Workforce Development Board of Ventura County to Reappoint Bruce Stenslie, Celina Zacarias, Greg Liu, Marilyn Jansen and Vic Anselmo to the Workforce Development Board of Ventura County.

23. Adoption of a Resolution to Modify Existing Parking Restrictions of Vehicles from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on Main Street in the Piru Area to Apply Only to Commercial Vehicles over 10,000 Pounds; and Adoption of a Resolution to Remove the Existing No-Parking Zone on East Marina Circle in the Piru Area; Supervisorial District No. 3.
24. Approval of, and Authorization for the Public Works Agency Director, and the Ventura County Watershed Protection District Director to Sign, Amendment No. 1 to the Memorandum of Agreement for Cost Sharing to Fund of Receiving Water Monitoring as Required by the Ventura River Algae Total Maximum Daily Load; Project Nos. P6040155 and P6010179; Watershed Protection District Zone 1; Supervisorial District No. 1.

25. Rejection of All Bids Opened on September 25, 2019 for the Well No. 2 – Iron and Manganese Removal Facilities Project; Specification No. WW13-02; Project Number 39898; Ventura County Waterworks District No. 19 (Somis); Supervisorial District No. 2.
26. Approval of, and Authorization for the Public Works Agency Director to Execute, a Consultant Services Contract to Update the Ventura County Waterworks District No. 1’s (Moorpark) Water Master Plan, and Urban Water Management Plan with Stantec Consulting Services Inc. of Santa Barbara, in a Not-to-Exceed Amount of $262,670; Contract No. AE20-060; Project No. P6031421; Supervisorial District No. 4.
27. Ratification of Emergency Contract Change Order No. 4 to Construct Roof Rafter Repairs to Moorpark Yard Reservoir with Simpson Sandblasting and Special Coatings, Inc. for the Coating and Repair – District 1 (Moorpark) Reservoirs (5) Project, in the Amount of $147,981.09; Specification No. WW20-04(M), Project No. 31181; and Find that Competitive Bidding is Undesirable and Impractical; Ventura County Waterworks District No.1; Supervisorial District No. 4.

Adoption of a Resolution Establishing Four Full-Time Equivalent Fixed-Term Positions to Support the Pathway Home Program to Support Employment and Training for Pre- and Post-Release Incarcerated Individuals for the Human Services Agency, Adult and Family Services Department, Effective October 2, 2020.

32. Recommendation of Supervisor Long for Appointment and Reappointments to the Local Planning Council (LPC) of Ventura County.
33. Recommendation of Supervisor Huber to Appoint Stephen Frank to the El Rancho Simi Cemetery District Board of Trustees for a Term Ending January 2, 2023.
34. Recommendation of Supervisor Zaragoza to Appoint Soledad Barragán to the Behavior Health Advisory Board for a Term Ending September 15, 2023.
35. Recommendation of Supervisor Parks and Supervisor Bennett for the Board of Supervisors to Appoint the County Executive Office as Administrator for the Climate Emergency Council, and for the Board of Supervisors to Submit Their District Representative Nominees and Disadvantaged Community Representative Nominees to the CEO by October 13, 2020 for Membership Confirmation at the October 20, 2020 Board of Supervisors Meeting.
COUNTY EXECUTIVE OFFICE
36. Approval of a Compensation Agreement by the City of Port Hueneme and the County of Ventura, the Ventura County Watershed Protection District and the Ventura County Fire Protection District Related to Two Parcels of Real Property Located in the City of Port Hueneme.
37. Approval of Responses to the 2019-2020 Ventura Grand Jury Reports, Entitled Financial Relationship Between Ventura County Medical Center and the Ventura County General Fund, Human Trafficking in Ventura County, for Submittal to the Presiding Judge of the Superior Court.
